Our programs consist of both short term rehabilitation seven days a week as well as long term care. This includes physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech/language pathology.

The facility provides pain management, wound management, enteral therapy, 24-hour skilled nursing care and IV therapy. In addition, the facility offers fine dining and a professional, trained staff with a focus on independence for each resident. We are family-focused and also provide elaborate activities in a resident and family-friendly homelike environment.

The facility also includes an Alzheimer's/Dementia specialized unit. This unit is focused on the celebration of an individual. Our specialized staff takes the time to know the lives and passions of each resident so they may better relate to them. Physical, intellectual and emotional activity is ongoing. There are social, musical and many artistic activities.

The facility also provides respite care in addition to Adult Day health care. The respite care offers families relief from the stresses of being a caretaker while the facility provides for the individual's needs.

Our adult day care is for people who live at home, but require services during the day in a social setting. There is a bright day room, medical supervision, many planned activities, as well as lunch and snacks each day. The program is a safe place to leave an elder or friend during the daytime hours.
