Who We Are
Fairview Commons Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has been caring for people in the Great Barrington area since 1976, providing top-quality, personalized rehabilitation, nursing, and long-term care in a warm, homelike setting.
We're located just minutes from downtown Great Barrington and Fairview Hospital. Our building sits on a serene, wooded lot in a lovely, residential neighborhood.
We're locally run and staffed by caring and attentive Great Barrington-area healthcare professionals. And we're backed by Berkshire Healthcare, one of the largest, nonprofit, long-term care providers in Massachusetts. That gives us a tremendous advantage: access to an extensive network of top healthcare professionals and other resources to support our programs and services.
